SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
This macro only does something in development code. In production code (i.e.
code compiled without -DTEST, this macro evaluates to null.
If the two arguments are equal, then this macro prints the assertion,
together with the file and line number, on standard error. It then calls
kjb_abort.
