DESCRIPTION
This macro only does something in development code. In production code (i.e.
code compiled without -DTEST, this macro evaluates to null.
If the first integer argument greater than or equal the second, then this
macro prints the assertion, together with the file and line number, on
standard error. It then calls kjb_abort.
