void ASSERT_IS_NUMBER_DBL(double x);
DESCRIPTION
This macro only does something in development code. In production code (i.e.
code compiled without -DTEST, this macro evaluates to null.
If the double precesion argument is not a number (NaN), then this macro
prints the assertion, together with the file and line number, on standard
error. It then calls kjb_abort.
