void ASSERT_IS_POSITIVE_DBL(double x);
DESCRIPTION
This macro only does something in development code. In production code (i.e.
code compiled without -DTEST, this macro evaluates to null.
If the double precision argument is zero or less, then this macro prints the
assertion, together with the file and line number, on standard error. It then
calls kjb_abort.
