add_line_to_input_stream - Puts text onto the stream where programs read commands

int add_line_to_input_stream(const char *line);
DESCRIPTION
This routine adds text onto the stream where programs read commands. A
typical use is to make text provided on the command line the initial input to
the program as it if was part of the input file.
RETURNS
ERROR on error, with an error message being set, otherwise NO_ERROR.
Failure is not very likely.
