average_matrices - Averages (element-wise) a set of matrices

int average_matrices
(
	Matrix **avg_mat,
	const Matrix_vector *matrices
);

DESCRIPTION

This routine averages all the matrices in 'matrices' and puts the result in avg_mat.

RETURNS

On error, this routine returns ERROR, with an error message being set. On success it returns NO_ERROR.
