int close_displayed_image(int image_num);
DESCRIPTION
This routine closes a displayed image. All images are closed on program exit,
and, in addition, may be closed asynchronously by the user. However, if you
want to close an image from within a program, then this routine can be used.
RETURNS
NO_ERROR on success, and ERROR on failure, with an appropriate error
message being set.
