copy_keypoint_vector - Copies a keypoint vector from a matrix

int copy_keypoint_vector

	Keypoint_vector **target_kvpp,
	const Keypoint_vector *source_kvp
);

DESCRIPTION

This routine copies a Keypoint_vector pointed to by the source_kvp to the Keypoint_vector pointed to by the *target_kvp. If *target_kvp is NULL, then it is created.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success and ERROR on failure with an appropriate error message set.
