int count_non_null_matrix_vector_matrices(const Matrix_vector *in_mvp);

DESCRIPTION

This routine returns the number of non-null matrices in a matrix vector. If the matrix vector itself is null, this routine return zero.

RETURNS

The number of non-null matrix vector matrices. matrix vectors
