void dbr_no_kjb(int i);
DESCRIPTION
This macro prints an tag corresponding to the KJB library status meaning of
an integer, along with the file and line number, on standard error. KJB
library facilities are not used. This routine is thus normally used only to
help debug the lowest level KJB library routines (all in "l") in conjunction
with other code (so that kjb_debug_level) does not need to be set/reset.
