extract_selected_keypoints_positions - Extract the (x,y) coordinates of the VLFeat keypoints.

DESCRIPTION
Input parameters:
Matrix** pos_mpp - where to store the position of the keypoints
Keypoint_vector *kvp - contains image keypoints and descriptors
Int_vector *mask_ivp - if an element is negative, then the corresponding
element in the Keypoint_vector is not extracted.
RETURNS
an error code.
