DESCRIPTION
FIND_CHAR_NO to direct use of this function, which return boolean-style
values.
This tests for the presence of a given character in a string. If the
character is not present, this returns constant CHARACTER_NOT_IN_STRING,
which is zero at this writing. Otherwise, this returns a one-based
position of the character in the string. Input pointer must not equal NULL,
or it is assumed to be a bug.
DISCLAIMER
This software is not adequatedly tested. It is recomended that
results are checked independantly where appropriate.
