fp_read_raw_matrix_vector - Reads a raw matrix vector from a stream

int fp_read_raw_matrix_vector

DESCRIPTION

This routine reads a raw (binary format) matrix vector from the stream pointed to by fp. string, then stdin is assumed. If this is the case, and if the source is not a file (i.e. a pipe), then this routine will fail. The matrix *result_mvpp is created or resized as necessary.

RETURNS

Either NO_ERROR, or ERROR, with an appropriate error message being set.
