DESCRIPTION

This routine outputs an integer matrix in column order to a file specified by a pointer to a FILE object. All row entriess of a given column are output before advancing to the next column. "fp" is a pointer to a FILE object as returned by "kjb_fopen". "mp" is a pointer to the Int_matrix object whose contents are to be written.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, or ERROR on a failure.
