int fp_write_matrix_full_precision_with_title

	const Matrix *mp,
	FILE *fp,
	const char *title
);

DESCRIPTION

This routine outputs the matrix pointed to by "mp" to the file pointer indicated by "fp", and labels the output with a user defined "title". The output is full precision scientific notation. Use as a quick-and-dirty debugging aid only.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, ERROR otherwise.
