fp_write_raw_matrix - Write a matrix to a file specified by FILE pointer as raw data.

DESCRIPTION

This routine outputs a Matrix to a file specified by a pointer to a FILE ias raw data. "fp" is a pointer to the the FILE as returned by "kjb_fopen". "mp" is a pointer to the Matrix to output.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, or ERROR on a failure.
