int get_fixed_clustering_of_3D_data

	const Matrix *mp,

DESCRIPTION

Puts data into bins and averages the bins. The result data is all the averages. Where there was no data in a bin, there is no resulting data point. Thus there is a maximum of resolution^3 data points, and often quite a bit less.
