get_matrix_col_norms - Calculates the norms of matrix columns.

int get_matrix_col_norms
(
	Vector **result_vpp,
	const Matrix *mp
);

DESCRIPTION

This routine calculates the norms of the columns of a matrix. The norm of each column is returned as an element of the vector pointed to by result_vpp. That vector is created or resized as need be.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, and ERROR if there is a problem with the error message being set.
