int get_target_keypoint(Keypoint **target_kpp);

DESCRIPTION

This routine implements the creation/over-writing semantics used in the KJB library in the case of keypoints. If *target_kpp is NULL, then this routine creates the keypoint . If it is not null, and it is the right size (for now we only use 128-dimensional descriptor), then this routine does nothing. Note that the routine creates a standard 128-dimensional keypoint vector, hence why there's no need to specify the length of the vector.

TODO

add support for setting the descriptor length
