is_hull_inside_hull - Determines if one hull is inside another

int is_hull_inside_hull

	const Hull *outer_hp,
	const Hull *inner_hp

DESCRIPTION

This predicate function determines if the hull pointed to by the second argument is inside the hull pointed to by the first argument.

RETURNS

TRUE if is in the hull, FALSE if it is not, and ERROR on failure.
