is_vector_vector_consistent - Checks if matrix vector is 'consistent'

int is_vector_vector_consistent(const Vector_vector *vvp);

DESCRIPTION

This routine checks whether all matrices in a matrix vector are the same size.

RETURNS

TRUE if the all the matrices in mvp are the same size, FALSE otherwise.
