NAME
kjb_cleanup_for_abort - Calls the cleanup functions appropriate with aborting

void kjb_cleanup_for_abort(void);
DESCRIPTION
This routine is similar to kjb_cleanup, but several steps are omitted. For
example, it does not make sense to print out allocated memory in the case of
an abort. This function is not likely to be used outside the KJB library
code.
