kjb_exec - KJB library version of execvp(2)

int kjb_exec(const char *command);

DESCRIPTION

This routine is essentially a replacement for exec(2), and is basically a a wrapper for execvp(2). This routine does not return unless there is some problem, in which case ERROR is returned with an appropriate error message being set.
