kjb_exit_2 - KJB library replacement for exit()

void kjb_exit_2(int exit_code);
DESCRIPTION
This function is similar to kjb_exit, except some cleanup, most notably heap
cheking in the case of production code, is not done. If an exit with
absolutely no cleanup is needed, then _exit() should be used.
