DESCRIPTION

The function kjb_ioctl is very similar to the standard ioctl, except that error reporting is made consistent with the other library routines, and the error messages are more meaningfull.

RETURNS

On failure an error message is set, and ERROR is returned. Otherwise the result of the underlying ioctl call is retuned.
