kjb_pthread_equal - Test whether two thread IDs are the same

DESCRIPTION

Test whether two thread identity structures indicate the same thread. A return value of TRUE means they both indicate the same thread. The TRUE and FALSE return values are defined in l/l_def.h LOCK STATUS: no, this does not block

RETURNS

TRUE or FALSE
