DESCRIPTION

This routine returns whether two matrix vectors have the same dimensions. It returns TRUE if both arguments are NULL, or if they are matrix vectors of the same length with each paor of corresponding component matrices are of the same dimension or simultaneously NULL.

RETURNS

TRUE if the matrix vectors are of the same length and all the sub matrices are the same dimensions (or are similtaneously NULL). matrix vectors, error handling, debugging
