min_abs_matrix_element - Returns the matrix element with the minimum absolute value

double min_abs_matrix_element(const Matrix *mp);

DESCRIPTION

This routine returns the element with the minimum absolute value contained in the matrix specified by "mp".

RETURNS

Maximum absolute value of all elements.
