ow_scale_vector_by_max_abs - Scales a vector such that it's maximum absolute value is 1

int ow_scale_vector_by_max_abs(Vector *vp);

PARAMETERS

Vector *vp
Pointer to input Vector. Contents overwritten.

DESCRIPTION

Scales the contents of the input vector "vp" such that the maximum of the absolute value of all elements is 1. Places the result back in "vp", overwriting the original contents. If "vp" is NULL, then this routine simply returns NO_ERROR.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, ERROR on failure.
