plot_add_label_2 - Adds a lable to a plot.

DESCRIPTION

This routine adds a lable to a plot. It is similar to plot_add_label(), but the label coordinates are now relative to the plot range. Thus, for example X=0.5 and Y=0.5 is the middle of the plot.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, and ERROR on failure, with an error message being set.
