plot_close - Closes a plot

int plot_close(int plot_id);

DESCRIPTION

This routine closes a plot, removing associated temp files. Only the process that created a plot can close it. If this is not the case, then we simply ignore the close request. This makes it so that a plot_close_all() executed by a child process works properly.

NOTE

Currently we allow child processes to continue manipulating plots created by a parent, although this is not necessarily a good idea, and may be disabled in the future.
