plot_function_string - Plots a function

SYNOPSIS

Example compile flags (system dependent):

int plot_function_string
(
	int plot_id,
	const char *function_string,
	int width,
	const char *name
);

DESCRIPTION

This routine plots the function in the string. It understands common mathematical constructs. For details see the gnuplot() documentation.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, and ERROR on failure, with an error message being set.

NOTE

These strings are necessarily gnuplot(1) specific.
