plot_point - Plots a point

int plot_point
(
	int plot_id,
	double x,
	double y,
	const char *name
);

DESCRIPTION

This routine plots the point (x,y). If name is not NULL, it is used to label the point.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, and ERROR on failure, with an error message being set.
