plot_point_list - Plots a group of points that form the rows of a Nx2 matrix

int plot_point_list

DESCRIPTION

This routine plots the points in the Nx2 matrix "point_mp". If names is not NULL, then it supplies labels for the points.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, and ERROR on failure, with an error message being set.
