plot_set_title - Sets the plot title

DESCRIPTION

This routine is used to give a plot a title. In addition to the plot handle, and the title string, coordinates for adjusting the title position, relative to where gnuplot(1) was going to put it. Thus 0,0 gives the default. The units are character size.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, and ERROR on failure, with an error message being set.

NOTE

This is too gnuplot() centric and will likely change at some point.
