plot_vector_point - Plots a point

int plot_vector_point
(
	int plot_id,
	const Vector *point_vp,
	const char *name
);

DESCRIPTION

This routine plots the point in the vector "point_vp". If name is not NULL, it is used to label the point.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, and ERROR on failure, with an error message being set.
