NAME
push_no_overwrite - Sets the current behavior regarding clobbering files

int push_no_overwrite(int no_overwrite);
DESCRIPTION
This routine is similar to set_no_overwrite(), except that the previous value
is pushed onto a stack, so that it can be restored with pop_no_overwrite().
RETURNS
NO_ERROR on success and ERROR if there are problems, with an error
message being set.
