read_vl_keypoints_into_matrix - Reads in the VLFeat keypoints from a file.

DESCRIPTION

Uses KJB fp_read_formatted_matrix to read in the keypoints from the specified file into a matrix. Input parameters:

    const char      *fname - a filename from which to read the kpts
    Matrix**        kpt_mpp - a matrix where to store the keypoints

RETURNS an error code.
