read_word_list - Reads a list of words from a file

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

The routine reads a list of words (strings), assumed to be lines of the file whose name is specified as the second argument.

RETURNS

NO_ERROR on success, and ERROR on failure, with an appropriate error message being set.
