set_3D_histogram_num_bins - Changes the number of bins per 3D histogram axis.

int set_3D_histogram_num_bins(const int new_num_bins_per_axis);
DESCRIPTION
Sets the number of histogram bins per axis used by the 3D histogram
clustering algorithm. All axes share the same number of bins. The
value of "new_num_bins_per_axis" must be > 0.
RETURNS
NO_ERROR on success, ERROR on failure.
