Quantifying Neuron Structure

We are analyzing images of fly brain neurons grown on a planar media under different experimental conditions. Different conditions can lead to different structure, and the goal of this research is to build tools which can automatically quantify the structure. This work in collaboration with Linda Restifo, Robert Kraft, Martha Narro, and Alon Efrat.
